Retrieve urns / castor blocks

  • Usually you can pick up the ashes of your deceased pet 24 hours after the cremation has taken place. This is possible during working days until 17:00 hours.
  • If you want to choose an urn, than we prefer to make a specific appointment so we have enough time to show you around and to discuss your wishes.
  • We may only give the urns and scatteringtubes after the bill is paid in cash at the counter. There is also an option to pay by card.
